Onion, roughly chopped400g
Scallion70g
Garlic20g
Ginger20g
Kiwis,peeled2
Asian pear, peeled and cored400g
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and fully incorporated.
  3. Let rest for at least 4hrs before use to allow the flavors to meld.
