Māmaki + ‘Ulu Herbal Tea Blend1 tablespoon
Kombu2 (4-inch piece)

Seafood and Garnishes—
Fresh Fish Hamachi (sushi grade)
Shiso Leaf
Peeled Flavorful Cherry Tomatoes1 cup, halved

Steps
- Prepare the dashi by combining water and kombu, let that boil and light soy sauce, yuzu juice, Māmaki + ‘Ulu Herbal Tea Blend, and bonito flakes.
- Allow the dashi to cool slightly.
- Add the peeled cherry tomatoes to the dashi and let them soak to enhance their flavor.
- Assemble the sashimi with fresh Hamachi, shiso leaf, and the soaked cherry tomatoes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
